Random Got Beautiful Redesign

I started the conceptual photography site, Random Got Beautiful, when I was still a graphic design student in 2007. Now after 5 steady years, I have redesigned the site to match the look and feel of my current personal portfolio site. Have a browse and perhaps submit some colourful photos too!

New Mixed Media Girls Sneak Preview

I don't normally publish work-in-progress images until I've completed the project that they're associated with but I'm quite excited about my brand new Mixed Media Girls; as they will soon be available as limited edition prints! I have been creating mixed-media artwork for both personal and commercial projects for a few years now, but this upcoming mixed-media set will be the first to go on sale on my online shop. Future Collaborations

Above - images from Anna Victoria Best
Below - images from Scott A. Woodward

I'm super excited to announce that I'm currently working with two amazing photographers for upcoming mixed-media artwork!

Anna Victoria Best, a fashion photographer who I collaborate with for LoveDough, was kind enough to allow me to use some of her images to create a brand new Mixed Media Girls set that will become available to purchase as limited edition prints on my online shop.

Scott A. Woodward, a Singapore-based photographer whose extensive portfolio ranges from travel to fashion, contacted me to ask whether I'd be interested in transforming some of his photography into mixed-media artwork. It was an immediate 'yes' after taking one look at the images that he sent me. With their unique mix of strength and serenity, his images creates a new challenge, driving me to approach these illustrations in a whole new way.

Instagram and Inkstagram

Last month I was taken to Derbyshire - it was refreshing to be in a visually beautiful location so different from London. The only camera I carry at the moment is my iPhone so here are some more photos I took with the Instagram app while I was there. If you don't have access to the app, you can now view my Instagram photos on the Inkstagram site. Instagram username: nikkifark
